Experience workshops, seminars, and panel discussions aligned to the theme, YOU Belong in STEM. Network during sessions that are suitable for PK-16 audiences of in-service and pre-service teachers, school administrators, teacher educators, informal educators, and STEM industry education liaisons. Receive access to digital handouts and door prizes! Earn up to 7 hours of CPE/SBEC credit.
The Exhibitor Application for the STEM Conference constitutes an agreement on the part of the entrant to the terms and conditions set forth in this application.
Exhibitor Information
- All exhibitors will be provided with one 6’x30” table and two chairs.
- Electricity and water access are available upon request and first-come, first-serve basis.
- All exhibitors can present one session.
Cost
- The commercial fee is $100 for an exhibit. Please make checks payable to the College of Education STEM Conference Fund. The fee must be sent with application form. Each exhibitor that pays will receive two lunches.

Exhibitor Rules
- Live animals may be exhibited.
- Shared spaces are available: each entrant must apply and be willing to take the space singly if only one is accepted to exhibit.
- The STEM Conference Exhibit Committee must pre-approve give-away items.
- Exhibitors may sell items consistent with the STEM/STEAM theme; the STEM Conference Exhibit Committee must approve all sale items.
- Entrant transacts all sales. There are no commissions.
- Exhibitors MUST remain open until 1:30 p.m.
- Additional exhibitor requirements and instructions will be emailed before the event date.
- No refunds are made for entrant withdrawal.
- Once the application is approved by the STEM Conference Exhibit Committee, the applicant is committed to attend.
- The STEM Conference Exhibit Committee assume no liability for damage, loss or theft of displays.
- Space is limited. If space is unavailable, the application fee will be returned.

Presenters Information
- All presenters will be provided with access to an LCD projector and computer station. No computer dongles or slide advance clickers will be provided.
- When possible, 30 minutes or more set-up time will be made available.
- Sessions are expected to have between 10 - 30 attendees.
- All accepted presenters are expected to present at LEAST one session but may be scheduled a second time during the conference.
Cost
- The fee for a presenter is $40 which includes lunch.
- Please note the discount is applied during the checkout process.

Presentor Rules
- All Presenters listed must complete the conference registration
- While live animals may be exhibited and chemicals used, safe practices must be adhered to during sessions. UHCL and its employees assume no liability for injuries caused by the presenter's actions.
- Once the presenter's application is approved by the STEM Conference Application Committee, the applicant is committed to attend.
- Presenters may NOT sell items or transacts services. There are no commissions.
- Presentations that market a commercial (for-profit) or non-profit organization must accompany an exhibitor or donor conference application.
- No refunds are made for entrant withdrawal.
