This course combines the exploration of significant art movements and historical artists with hands-on studio work. Students will delve into the lives and techniques of renowned artists. Each lesson will focus on a specific movement or artist, followed by a studio project that reflects the themes, techniques, or mediums studied.

This class is taught by Professor Hebert and students from her Secondary Methods college class. Each class will be taught by a UHCL pre-teacher college student to gain student teaching experience under the guidance of Professor Hebert.
